What needs to be done: * Forum with categories, threads, replies and mentions * Member profiles tied to existing WordPress accounts * Moderation tools: report, lock, pin, ban * Notification preferences per member * Search that works across threads * Spam prevention that doesn't punish real newcomers Who I'm looking for: — Has launched a community before and understands the first three months are the hard part — Available for questions after handover The most important thing to keep in mind: my site isn't hosted on a server yet, and I don't want it hosted for now.
