Composer for Cinematic Video Album Song

We are seeking a composer to create a cinematic video album song in English. The project involves developing a compelling musical piece that complements the visual narrative of the video. The ideal freelancer should be able to translate the video's mood and pacing into a powerful, emotionally engaging composition. Experience with cinematic music and sound design is important, and the ability to collaborate closely with the production team is highly valued. This is a part-time project with a fixed budget and a short-term engagement. Story concept: A female gang leader (the "boss lady") enters a scene to interrogate a man her gang has captured. As she studies him, a silent, subconscious attraction builds between them. Partway through, she's betrayed by most of her own gang members, who defect to a rival gang, leaving her to fight them off with only her loyal right-hand woman at her side. The captive man — who feels the same pull toward her — breaks free and joins the fight, ultimately helping save her. - Would need help with some reference tracks before we start the contract so the ideas match. - Should support a range of emotional beats: tense/moody intro, a building romantic-tension theme, and an intense action/fight crescendo (with a tonal shift when rain begins mid-fight) Female lead vocal, cinematic/dance-pop production - Will provide a draft storyboard for visualization after selecting the candidate.
