I need a conceptual rendering of two proposed developments on two separate parcels. One development is an EV charging station with a retail strip center featuring 3 retail spaces. The second development is an agrarian home estate with a swimming pool next to a neighboring vineyard. The renderings should capture the essence and potential of each project, highlighting their unique features and settings. I need (1) aerial for each development and (1) overall zoomed out aerial for a total of 3 aerials. I also need (2) elevations for each development for a total of 4 elevations.
