Conference Photographer Needed: 2-Day Professional Event (Portland, OR) We are looking for an experienced conference and corporate event photographer for PNSQC 2026, a two-day professional software quality conference in Portland, Oregon. Local Portland area photographers strongly preferred. Please do not apply if you would require travel expenses or accommodations. Event details Dates: October 11-14 Location: University hotel and conference center, Portland, OR Hours: 8am to 5pm both days Expected attendance: [insert number] professional attendees What we need you to shoot Keynote and breakout session speakers at the podium Attendee candids: conversations, learning moments, networking Sponsor and exhibitor booths Registration and welcome area Conference signage and venue atmosphere Any receptions or evening events if applicable Deliverables 200 to 300 final edited images across both days High-resolution files suitable for print and web Web-optimized versions of all finals Images organized by day and session type Clean, natural editing style (no heavy filters or stylization) One round of revisions if needed Full usage rights for PNSQC marketing, website, social media, and future promotions Delivery within 14 days of the event What we're looking for Demonstrated experience shooting conferences, corporate events, or similar professional environments Ability to move between rooms quickly and work in variable lighting conditions Professional equipment including a backup camera body Editing included in your quoted price Local to the Portland, OR area How to apply Please submit your quote as a single all-in project rate covering both shoot days and all editing and delivery.
