Connect AI Front End and Backend

I have an existing Next.js/Node application with a working backend, PostgreSQL/Prisma data layer, Clerk authentication, API routes, tests, GitHub repository, and a Lovable frontend. I need a developer to configure and deploy the existing application—not rebuild it. Scope includes GitHub → Render deployment, Render PostgreSQL, Prisma migrations, production environment variables, Clerk configuration, health checks, frontend/backend integration, and end-to-end validation. Acceptance criteria: I must be able to sign in, hire the Marketing Workforce, see the provisioned AI employees, retrieve the First Growth Brief, refresh without losing persisted data, and proceed to the Talk to Nova experience. Developer must document all configuration and leave infrastructure under my accounts. No redesign or new feature development is included in this engagement.
