Construction Bookkeeper for NJ Contractor

We are an established New Jersey exterior restoration contractor serving residential and commercial clients. We need an experienced construction bookkeeper to improve our accounting processes and provide reliable financial reporting. You will reconcile Ramp, Houzz Pro, and Mercury activity in QuickBooks Online, prevent duplicate transactions, maintain accurate AP and AR aging, and track deposits, progress payments, change orders, and retainage. Responsibilities also include project-level job costing, weekly cash, AR, AP, and profitability reports, a rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast, monthly bank and credit-card reconciliations, monthly financial close support, and coordination with our CPA. Experience with residential and commercial construction accounting is required.
