UK Construction Lead Generation Specialist

I run Sterling Labour Solutions Ltd, a UK construction labour supply agency. I need an experienced lead generation specialist to find active/upcoming construction sites and companies that currently or may soon need temporary workers. Initially focus on London and surrounding areas. I need targeted, qualified leads — NOT generic lists of construction companies. Please find: Active/upcoming construction sites and projects, Main contractors/subcontractors that use agency/temporary labour, Companies currently recruiting labourers, groundworkers or other trades, Relevant decision-makers: Site Managers, Project Managers, Contracts/Construction Managers, Labour/Recruitment Managers. For each lead provide where possible: Company + project/site name, Site location, Decision-maker name + job title, Verified business email + phone, LinkedIn profile + company website, Evidence/reason they may need labour, Source of the information, Notes. Leads should be organised in a spreadsheet. Research can include LinkedIn, Google, company websites, job boards and UK construction/project databases. When applying, explain your UK construction/recruitment lead generation experience, tools/sources used, how you verify contacts, how you identify sites needing labour and how many qualified leads you can provide. For the initial test, I require 30 high-quality, qualified leads that meet the criteria above. Accuracy is more important than quantity. Successful work can lead to ongoing weekly projects.
