AI Consultant/Partner Needed - Healthcare SaaS AI Training & Rollout (HIPAA/PCI)

I'm an independent AI consultant working on a project for a healthcare SaaS client (about 35 employees, HIPAA/PCI-regulated, fully distributed team across the US). The scope is bigger and more structured than what I typically run solo, so I'm looking for an experienced partner to collaborate with me on part or all of the engagement, not a typical one-off gig. The project: Company-wide AI education for all staff, followed by a department-by-department rollout across 6-7 teams. It's a train-the-trainer model: department managers learn to map their own team's workflows and build AI-assisted solutions hands-on, rather than us building something and handing it off finished. It also includes setting up org-level governance, a centralized, role-based knowledge hub so training and workflow documentation survive staff turnover. What I'm looking for: Proven experience delivering AI training or workflow rollouts for companies in the 20-50+ employee range Experience with train-the-trainer or manager-led delivery, not just running sessions for end users Experience working within HIPAA, PCI, or another regulated-data environment Comfortable co-delivering or subcontracting on a clearly defined piece of a larger engagement Nice to have: Healthcare or healthcare-adjacent industry experience Experience building internal knowledge hubs or documentation systems (e.g., OneDrive-based, role-based access) To apply, please include: A short summary of a similar project you've delivered (client size, industry, your role, and the outcome) Your experience with regulated-data environments, if any Your availability over the next few months and your preferred engagement structure (hourly, subcontract flat fee, referral, etc.) This is a collaborative, partnership-style engagement.
