Consultant for Claude Teams

We're looking for someone to run a working session with our President and Controller to get us up to speed on Claude beyond the basics. To be clear on the format: we want a crash course, not comprehensive training. We are not looking for step-by-step walkthroughs of every feature. We want a fast, practical orientation — what's possible, what isn't, and where the real limits are — so we can make informed decisions and build the rest ourselves. Prompting is not a gap for us. The areas we need covered: - Claude Team: administration, seats, and how the plan differs from individual use - Sharing and organization: how to structure this properly across a leadership group - Projects: how they work and how to use them well - Agents: how they're created and configured, and their practical constraints - Retaining work product: how to best save, version, and reuse what we build — prompts, project instructions, artifacts, scripts, and automations — so it lives somewhere durable and accessible to the team rather than buried in individual chat threads Our end goal is to build agents inside Claude that review our financials and generate weekly and monthly reports. Our general ledger is QuickBooks Online Advanced, and our reporting today works off QBO exports (primarily P&L Detail) across roughly 10 locations. We'd want your read on the practical options for getting that data into Claude and what level of automation is realistic given how QBO Advanced handles reporting and exports. We do not need anyone to build these agents for us. We need enough understanding to judge whether the goal is realistic, and to know the right approach before we invest time in it.
