Contact Data Cleaning and File Consolidation Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to combine several customer and lead contact files into one clean, structured master database. The files may contain duplicated, incomplete, or differently formatted records. Main Tasks Merge all contact files into one Excel or Google Sheets file Identify and remove duplicate records Standardize names, phone numbers, and other fields Combine information belonging to the same customer Separate mobile and WhatsApp numbers where possible Classify contacts by customer type Highlight missing or unclear information Maintain the original data source for each record Required Fields Business or customer name Contact person Phone number WhatsApp number Customer type City Address or location Instagram account Notes Original data source Customer types may include: Pharmacy Drug warehouse Cosmetics store E-commerce store Wholesaler Other Deliverables One clean and consolidated master file Duplicate-free and standardized records A summary showing: Total original records Number of duplicates removed Final number of unique contacts Number of incomplete records The final file should be properly structured and ready for later import into a CRM system.
