Interior Designer Needed — Luxury basement Design, Renderings, Unlimited Revisions and Complete Sourcing We are redesigning basement of our house This is a fixed-price remote interior-design project with a $650 budget for the Basement We need the design and look to be contemporary. We want to have poker room, pool table, luxury bar, led lighting wall panels, accent features, sunk in ceilings, wooden floor and gym and small wine cellar in the basement The finished design must feel custom, expensive and architecturally appropriate while remaining attractive for future resale. We do not want farmhouse, beige transitional, warm gold-heavy or generic catalog design. Required deliverables Two distinct concepts exploring the directions above Photorealistic mockups using our actual basement photographs and measurements Multiple viewing angles Unlimited revisions within the agreed basement scope until final approval Final floor plan and furniture/appliance layout Cabinetry design and elevations Countertop, backsplash, flooring and finish selections Lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware and appliance recommendations Complete product and material sourcing list Active purchase links for every specified product Manufacturer, product name, SKU, dimensions, finish/color and current price Quantities and estimated material totals Suggested alternatives for unavailable or unusually expensive items Clear construction scope covering demolition, cabinetry, stone, electrical, plumbing, windows, painting and finish work Final editable sourcing spreadsheet plus presentation-quality PDF AI-generated mockups are acceptable, but they must accurately represent our existing room and final specifications. Generic inspiration images or mood boards alone are not acceptable. The final design must be realistic, purchasable and executable—not simply attractive concept art.
