Content Catalog Specialist We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Content Catalog Specialist to help organize educational content in Google Sheets and Google Docs. If you're comfortable working with structured data, following clear processes, and maintaining high accuracy, we'd love to hear from you. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. The role involves working with Google Sheets and Google Docs to organize content, add links, categories, tags, metadata, and review transcription accuracy. This is a long-term project requiring approximately 5–6 hours of work per day, with the possibility of ongoing collaboration. Responsibilities Transfer educational materials into the content catalog according to established guidelines. Maintain and update Google Sheets. Work with books, audiobooks, videos, animated content, and reviews. Add links, categories, and tags. Review and correct transcriptions. Prepare a daily progress report. Identify and flag questionable or inconsistent content. Requirements Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to carefully follow detailed instructions. Availability to work 5–6 hours per day. Experience working with spreadsheets, content catalogs, or databases is a plus.
