Content Creation & Copywriting Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Content Creation & Copywriting VA to join our team full-time (40 hours per week). If you enjoy writing, have a good eye for design, and are interested in creating content for the bridal and wedding industry, we’d love to hear from you. If you’re looking for a long-term partnership, follow the steps in this post, as this job could change your life: REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent communication skills in English • Strong writing skills, grammar, and attention to detail • Familiar with Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude • Able to edit AI-generated content so it sounds natural and human • Stable internet connection (at least 10mbps) • You must be willing to work on Mountain Time, ideally between 9 am – 6 pm We are looking for someone who is: - Creative and resourceful, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Positive and has a can-do attitude - Teachable and open to feedback - Able to solve practical problems and deal with changing situations In short: you think solutions, not problems. Some of the tasks you will be required to complete include: - Write and edit blog posts - Create Canva graphics, carousels, and simple videos - Use AI tools for research, ideation, and content development - Edit and refine AI-generated content - Organize content and creative assets - Other general content creation and organization tasks EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED – YOU WILL BE GIVEN FULL TRAINING We will provide full training so that you are confident in performing the tasks assigned to you. INTERVIEW: You must be willing to participate in a Zoom video call before being accepted for the job. HOURS: This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work 40 hours per week.
