AI Content Creator Needed – AI Avatar Videos for LinkedIn & TikTok

Overview My recruiting and staffing agency is looking for a talented AI Content Creator / AI Video Creator to create 3–5 short-form videos per week for our company’s LinkedIn and TikTok accounts. We are specifically looking for someone who is experienced with AI video creation and AI avatars. The videos will be created entirely with AI — we will not be providing video footage, clips, or existing content for you to edit. We want someone who can take a topic or general direction from us and turn it into a professional, engaging short-form video from start to finish. If you do a great job, this can become an ongoing weekly project. What You'll Be Responsible For: You will handle the full video creation process, including: Developing video concepts based on topics we provide Writing short, engaging scripts Creating an AI avatar to serve as the "face" of the videos Using AI voice/video technology to produce the videos Creating visuals, backgrounds, B-roll, graphics, and other elements using AI Editing the final videos Adding captions/subtitles Creating strong hooks to capture attention in the first few seconds Formatting videos appropriately for LinkedIn and TikTok Delivering polished, professional videos ready to post Making revisions when necessary The AI Avatar A major part of this project is creating a consistent AI avatar/personality that can become the recognizable face of our content. You should have experience with tools such as: HeyGen Synthesia ElevenLabs Runway CapCut Canva ChatGPT Other AI video/avatar platforms You do not need to use these exact platforms, but you should be comfortable researching and using the best AI tools available to produce high-quality content. Content The content will primarily be related to: Construction Construction estimating Hiring and staffing Business Recruiting Workforce challenges Entrepreneurship Industry insights Educational content The goal is to create content that feels professional, modern, informative, and engaging, rather than generic AI-generated videos. What We're Looking For The ideal freelancer: Has experience creating AI-generated videos Has experience creating AI avatar videos Understands short-form content Knows how to create engaging hooks Has good storytelling and editing skills Can create professional-looking content without needing us to provide footage Understands LinkedIn and TikTok content Is creative and can bring ideas to the table Can work independently Communicates clearly and meets deadlines Is interested in a long-term ongoing project Weekly Deliverables We are initially looking for: 3–5 videos per week Videos will generally be short-form content suitable for LinkedIn and TikTok. We are open to starting with a small trial and, if the quality is good, continuing on a weekly basis. Compensation Please provide either: Your price per completed video, OR Your best weekly rate for 5 videos per week Please include exactly what is included in your price, such as scripting, AI avatar creation, voiceover, editing, captions, graphics, revisions, etc. We are looking for someone who can provide good quality at a reasonable rate, and we are open to establishing an ongoing weekly arrangement with the right freelancer.
