Volume-based - no cap on number of videos per creator. About Trozo Trozo is an AI marketing workflow management platform helping brands across verticals, generate on-brand image/video content, run social and WhatsApp campaigns, and track real purchase behaviour — all in one place. The Role We're looking for AI content creators who can turn briefs into polished, brand-ready videos using Trozo’s AI video generation tools. This is hands-on production work, you'll be creating actual deliverables for real client campaigns. What You'll Do Task Details - Video production Create short-form video content using AI video generation tools Prompt engineering - Write and refine prompts to get consistent, on-brand output - Iteration Revise based on feedback to match brand/creative guidelines - Delivery Submit final videos per brief specs and timelines Requirements - Proven experience using AI video generation tools (Veo, Seedance, Runway, Pika, Sora, or similar) - Working knowledge of LLMs and how to prompt them effectively for creative output - Strong eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and brand consistency - Ability to work independently against briefs with minimal hand-holding How to Apply Send your portfolio (AI-generated video work preferred) for review Mandate - All videos must be produced using Trozo's platform (training/access provided)
