Video Editor / Content Creator (Long-Term Opportunity) We’re looking for a talented video editor who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up. This is more than a one-time editing job. If we’re a great fit, we’d love to develop a long-term working relationship with someone who wants to become part of the team as we grow. The content will include entrepreneurship, startups, real estate, business, philosophy, behind-the-scenes moments, and eventually multiple brands and companies. We’re looking for someone who understands how to create engaging, fast-paced content that performs well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and longer-form YouTube videos. What we’re looking for: * Strong storytelling and editing instincts—not just someone who adds effects. * Ability to identify the most engaging moments and create strong hooks. * Experience with TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and YouTube editing. * Motion graphics, captions, sound design, and pacing that keep viewers watching. * Someone who can bring ideas to the table, not just follow instructions. * Reliable, communicative, and interested in building a long-term partnership. If things go well, there will be consistent work across multiple projects and businesses. We’d rather find one exceptional person who grows with us than constantly search for new editors.
