Content Creator / Videographer for Home Services Brands (Austin, TX)

We're a social media agency looking for a content creator or small production team to film content for two Austin-area home services clients — one in pool and backyard renovation, one in residential roofing. This is a paid pilot project with strong potential to turn into an ongoing content partnership if it goes well. We need someone comfortable filming on active job sites (backyards, rooftops, construction areas) and turning that footage into polished, scroll-stopping short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and the clients' websites. What we're looking for: Before/after transformation footage (e.g., a renovated backyard, a completed roof) On-site process/B-roll footage of crews at work Homeowner-style testimonial clips A mix of vertical short-form video and high-quality photos Scope for this project: One on-site shoot per client (two shoots total), coordinated around each client's project schedule Approximately 8–10 edited short-form video clips and 15–20 photos per client, ready to post Basic color correction/editing and captions included; raw footage delivered alongside final cuts What to include in your proposal: Your day rate or a fixed quote for the scope above Links to relevant past work — construction, real estate, home services, or similar before/after content is a big plus Your typical turnaround time from shoot to final delivery Whether you work solo or bring a small crew, and any travel/location fees for on-site work around Austin Your availability over the next 1–2 months We're evaluating a few applicants before making a decision, so a clear, specific proposal (rather than a template response) will stand out.
