📢 Exciting Opportunity: Hiring a Content Lead — Strategy, Delivery & Performance to run our Arabic channels end to end. 🎥📱 We are a growing digital platform producing impactful content in the Arabic language. Towards Eternity is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and proactive Lead Content Producer & Channel Manager to take full ownership of the Arabic social media channels. The successful candidate will be the primary person responsible for the management, growth, and overall performance of these localized accounts. This role goes beyond standard social media management; it requires a visionary who can strategize, conduct interviews, manage localized production teams, and drive consistent audience growth. Remote · Full-time · Long-term You may have worked under titles such as YouTube Channel Manager, Content Producer, Content Strategist or Video Content Manager. This role covers all of that, with the decisions included. Key Responsibilities: 🎯 📌Plan the content: Research what works for the Arabic audience and decide what the channel publishes. Build and run the content calendar. 📌Grow the channel: Views, subscribers, retention and engagement across YouTube, Shorts, Reels, Facebook and TikTok. Watch the analytics, act on them, and fix what underperforms. 📌Produce original videos: Create original content natively in Arabic, not translations. Conduct interviews with scholars, reverts and guests. Studio, equipment and travel costs are covered by us. 📌Run the pipeline: Manage several videos at once through script, translation, voice-over, dubbing, editing, thumbnails and short-form repurposing. 📌Lead the team: Coordinate freelance editors, writers, translators, VO artists and thumbnail designers. Set briefs, hold deadlines, unblock problems, check quality before it reaches us. 📌Protect the standards: All content must align with classical Islamic principles and established scholarship. Catch issues before publication and send anything doubtful to our scholarly review. 📌Respect the culture: Content must land well in Arabic culture and cause no offence anywhere else. You are our cultural check for this language. 📌Deliver what's agreed: Management sets the goals. You deliver them, report on progress, and raise problems early rather than late. Requirements: ✅ 🔹Native-level Arabic — writing, speaking and editing. A clear, confident voice matters; your face won't appear on screen 🔹Fluent English — spoken and written. You'll brief a global team, sit in calls and report in English, so this is not a secondary requirement 🔹3+ years managing YouTube channels or producing digital content, with work you can show us 🔹Real understanding of YouTube growth — retention, click-through, titles, thumbnails, SEO, Shorts 🔹Post-production software — Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional editing, motion graphics and audio tools.
