You'll work directly with one of our Creative Directors to support clients and execute content strategies. Responsibilities -Research and prepare content ideas with strong viral potential for founder-led brands. -Collaborate with the Creatives Team to develop content strategies aligned with each client's brand. -Manage 3–5 client projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. -Assist with Social Media content publishing, optimization, and channel management. -Coordinate with editors and other creative team members to ensure smooth content production. Qualifications -1–3+ years of experience creating or managing Social Media content. -Understanding of audience psychology, storytelling, and content performance. -Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. -Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Canva. -Strong organizational and communication skills. -Ability to overlap with Mountain Time (MST) for approximately 6:00 AM–10:00 AM MST. Able to manage multiple projects independently.
