We do this through structured content and technical improvements. Our content has one goal: help AI systems understand, trust and recommend our clients' businesses. THE ROLE We need an AI-assisted content writer who can produce FAQs, service pages and monthly articles in a specific format designed for AI readability. This is not traditional blogging or copywriting; it requires precision, structure and a direct writing style. WHAT YOU'LL DO -Research and write 15 AI-optimized FAQ question-and-answer pairs per client -Rewrite or write service pages following our AEO content structure template -Write 1 AI-optimized article (500-800 words) per month per retainer client -Use ChatGPT or Claude to draft content, then review and add specific client details -Deliver clean, structured files with H1 titles, heading hierarchy and suggested URL slugs WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU -Clear, direct written English. No fluff, no vague claims, no promotional superlatives -Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude) to assist with drafting. We encourage this, not discourage it -Ability to follow a rigid content structure template precisely -Understanding that "AI-optimized" means answer first, specific details, factual tone, structured headers -Reliable delivery on monthly schedules -Fluent in written and spoken English -Available and reliably overlapping with ET time zone WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT -Creative brand copywriting -Long-form thought leadership or journalism -Social media content TEST TASK Write 5 AI-optimized FAQ answers for a provided service business following our format guide. Each answer should be 60-120 words and start with a direct response to the question. Compensation: $10 flat. We evaluate directness, factual accuracy, structure adherence and whether you avoided promotional language. CONTRACT TYPE: Hourly or fixed-price per deliverable, part-time, ongoing HOURS: Approx. 2-4 hours per active client per month TO APPLY: Share one writing sample that you consider structured and direct rather than creative.
