# AI Content VA for 90-Day Social Media Project I’m looking for a reliable and trainable **Virtual Assistant** to help run a new 90-day social media project. The project involves creating and posting short-form content for an original **AI-generated virtual character** across platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook. You do **not** need to be an expert in AI or social media. I will provide the strategy, instructions, examples and ongoing training. What matters most is that you are: * reliable * organised * willing to learn * comfortable using new AI tools * able to follow clear instructions * reasonably creative * interested in short-form social media content * able to notice when one piece of content performs better than another ## Your main tasks You will gradually be trained to: * create AI images and short videos using tools we provide * edit simple vertical videos * add captions and text * publish content to social media accounts * reuse and adapt successful content ideas * keep files and content organised * record views and performance in Google Sheets * identify which posts are performing best * send a short weekly progress report You will work from a clear SOP and content plan. This is **not** a role where you will be expected to invent the whole strategy yourself. ## Experience Previous VA experience is helpful but not essential. Experience with any of the following is useful: * Canva * CapCut * ChatGPT or other AI tools * Instagram * TikTok * YouTube * Facebook * Google Sheets If you have not used AI video tools before, that is fine provided you are willing and able to learn. ## Hours and rate Initially approximately **15–20 hours per week**. Budget: **$4–$5 USD per hour** The project will initially run for **90 days**. If it performs well, this could become an ongoing role with additional responsibility and hours. ## The type of person I want I am looking for someone who enjoys learning and improving rather than someone who simply completes tasks without thinking. For example, if we publish 20 videos and one performs much better than all the others, I want you to notice it and tell me. You do not need to know exactly what to do next — but I want you to notice it, flag it, and be curious about why it worked. ## When applying Please tell me: 1.
