IT Contract Lawyer (English & Bilingual Russian) – Part-Time / Hourly

We are looking for an experienced, bilingual IT Contract Lawyer to join us on a flexible, part-time/as-needed hourly basis. As an international IT recruitment and outstaffing company, we frequently require expert legal counsel to draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements, master services agreements (MSAs), employment/contractor agreements, and compliance documents across international jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and revise IT, software licensing, SaaS, and outstaffing contracts. • Provide legal counsel on cross-border employment, contractor compliance, and data privacy regulations. • Review legal documents and communications requiring full bilingual fluency in English and Russian. • Assist with ad-hoc legal inquiries and risk mitigation as projects arise. Requirements: • Proven experience as a corporate, tech, or contract lawyer (minimum 5+ years preferred). • Fully bilingual and professionally fluent in both English and Russian (written and verbal). • Strong background in IT law, intellectual property, or international contract law. • Available on an flexible, hourly/as-needed basis.
