Intervoke is seeking an experienced project manager with strong 3D production knowledge to manage the creation and delivery of a medically accurate human anatomy model for a web based and mobile health application. This person will own the project from client kickoff through final delivery, coordinating the client, artists, technical specialists, and development team. Project Management Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for client correspondence • Lead meetings, document decisions, and provide regular progress updates • Translate client feedback into clear production tasks • Manage the scope, schedule, budget, milestones, approvals, and final delivery • Coordinate internal artists, outside vendors, and technical partners • Track risks, dependencies, revisions, and scope changes • Maintain organized project files, meeting notes, specifications, and approval records • Review all work for visual quality, medical accuracy, and technical compliance • Coordinate mobile testing, document issues, and manage revisions • Confirm licensing, usage rights, source file ownership, and final documentation • Support the client’s React Native development team during asset integration 3D Production Scope • Organize the exterior body, skeleton, muscles, vascular system, nervous system, and organs as separate layers • Manage retopology, UV transfer, texture optimization, rigging, and GLB preparation • TBD estimate: Create a high quality rigged model for marketing and an optimized version for interactive use • TBD estimate: Maintain approximately 500,000 triangles total, with no more than 200,000 visible at once • TBD estimate: Limit the model to 12 materials • TBD estimate: Use 2048 textures for the exterior body and 1024 textures for internal anatomy • TBD estimate: Keep the final GLB under 40 MB • TBD estimate: Add approximately 50 named locator points for health data labels • Ensure layers display independently without gaps, intersections, or flickering • Prepare a demonstration scene with layer controls and locator points • TBD estimate: Achieve 60 frames per second on an iPhone 12 or equivalent while rotating the model with three layers visible • Deliver editable source files, textures, documentation, and approved usage rights Qualifications • Experience managing medical animation, 3D anatomy, interactive media, or healthcare technology projects • Strong client communication and organizational skills • Working knowledge of 3D modeling, retopology, UVs, textures, rigging, GLB files, and real-time optimization • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative and technical teams • Ability to manage client expectations while protecting the project scope, schedule, and budget • Strong attention to medical accuracy, technical requirements, and quality control
