Convert Existing House Plans into Construction Plans & Photorealistic Renderings

We are looking for an experienced residential architectural designer or architectural visualization professional to help transform an existing set of 2D residential plans into a complete, construction-ready design package. This is not a project to design a home from scratch. We already have an existing floor plan and elevations that will serve as the foundation for the project. Scope of Work: Review our existing 2D architectural plans. Incorporate a series of revisions and design changes that we will provide. Update the floor plans, elevations, roof plan, and other architectural drawings accordingly. Produce a complete set of construction-ready architectural plans suitable for permitting and builder pricing (not structural engineering or MEP unless specifically discussed). Create high-end, photorealistic 3D exterior renderings of every elevation. Produce photorealistic renderings of key interior spaces. Design and render landscaping and hardscaping that complements the architecture. Work collaboratively through several review rounds until the design is finalized. Deliverables: Updated floor plans Exterior elevations Roof plan Site plan (if required) Door and window schedules Dimensioned construction drawings Construction-ready PDF drawing set Editable source files (Revit, AutoCAD, Archicad, or similar) Photorealistic exterior renderings (all elevations) Photorealistic aerial/bird's-eye views Landscape and hardscape renderings Photorealistic renderings of major interior spaces (kitchen, great room, primary suite, bathrooms, outdoor living areas, etc.) The home is a luxury custom residence with a clean "modern hacienda"/"California organic" aesthetic featuring: Large expanses of glass Natural stone with slurry applications Warm wood accents Modern rooflines with corrugated metal roofing Indoor/outdoor living High-end architectural detailing Luxury landscape design Resort-style outdoor spaces Experience with luxury residential architecture is strongly preferred.
