Summary

I need someone to convert a small point cloud into a simple Revit model. This is a test project that could lead to additional Scan-to-BIM work. The task involves importing the provided point cloud (RCP/E57), modeling existing walls, doors, windows, and floor, while maintaining reasonable accuracy with the scan. No furniture or MEP is required. Deliverables include Revit (.RVT), 3D View, Floor Plan, and PDF Export. The building size is approximately 300 sq ft (single room). Please include one example of a similar Scan-to-BIM project in your proposal.
