HR Coordinator

We are a fast-growing commercial and residential cleaning company operating Nationwide across the US. As we scale to 400+ employees, we're building a People Operations team that puts our field professionals first — starting with making sure every employee has one trusted person to call. About the Role The HR Coordinator is a recruiter at heart, that enjoys the speed of the industry (same day hires/ fast turnaround) but also an HR operations engine full of curiosity. You will report directly to the Head of People Operations. What You'll Do Ownership of full-cycle recruiting, must be comfortable with same day hiring Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound employee questions — policy, pay, schedule and more vis phone, chat and email. Help onboarding and offboarding employees What You'll Need 2+ years in HR, recruiting experience Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Warm, patient phone presence — you will make dozens of calls per day Strong organizational skills — you'll be tracking many employees through multiple touchpoints Comfortable with HRIS and basic digital tools and communication apps Able to handle a fast paced environment and handle ambuguity
