U.S. Copyright / Intellectual Property Attorney Needed — Fine Art Infringement

We are seeking an experienced U.S.-licensed copyright/IP attorney to advise a successful fine artist regarding potential ongoing infringement of his artwork by another working artist. There appears to be a pattern involving multiple works, along with instances of market confusion where third parties have mistaken the other artist's work for our artist's. We already have general business counsel and have been advised to engage an attorney who specializes specifically in copyright and intellectual property. What We're Looking For Ideally, you have experience with: Copyright infringement involving visual art, design, photography, fashion, or other creative works Substantial-similarity analysis Cease-and-desist letters and pre-litigation enforcement Unfair competition / consumer-confusion issues Copyright litigation or dispute resolution Our initial goal is not to jump directly into litigation.
