Copywriter - Marketing or Design / Construction Experience

We are looking for a skilled copywriter. We are a marketing agency working with design build, construction and contracting clients. Many deliverables include sophisticated ad copy, website copy etc. We have dialed in systems using AI, but are looking for an OG to give our work a human touch and a fresh breath. The unfortunate truth of the moment true copywriting is dying as AI is becoming so good - so please don't bother applying if you don't have a solid background English speaking, marketing understanding, etc. We are looking for a long term collab, starting at a few hours a week, all the way to as much volume as needed. Apply without AI or template however you prefer. Reasonable hourly rate - we provided a range that works for us.
