I am seeking a highly talented and knowledgeable professional with expert UK corporate law, attorney level compliance, or statutory audit expertise to assist me in restructuring and resolving administrative errors for my business. Due to past administrative misunderstandings during the early setup and operational phases, several regular employees, short term interns, and an initial corporate formation agency were incorrectly recorded in the system. I need to completely clean up and restructure these records to ensure 100 percent transparency and prevent any future stakeholder confusion. Scope of Work: 1.
