Corporate Travel Manager Needed – American Express Global Business Travel Platform Expertise

I'm seeking an experienced corporate travel professional with hands-on experience using the American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) platform to support a short-term consulting project. The goal is to validate business workflows and user experience- not to build the technical integration. This project will help inform the design of a travel and guest management platform that integrates with Amex GBT. Responsibilities Review the standard business-side workflow within Amex GBT. Explain common user processes, including: Traveler profiles Bookings Flight changes Hotel reservations Ground transportation Trip updates Identify the information typically available to travel managers. Help validate business assumptions and terminology. If permitted by your employer and Amex GBT's terms, provide sanitized screenshots of standard navigation and user interfaces (no customer, traveler, or confidential information). Ideal Experience Current or recent experience using American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT). Corporate Travel Manager, Travel Program Manager, Travel Coordinator, or similar. Familiarity with corporate travel operations and traveler profiles. Experience with Concur or other corporate travel platforms is a plus. Deliverables 60–90 minute consultation (Zoom or Teams) Written feedback on workflow assumptions Optional sanitized screenshots (if available and permitted) Recommendations on best practices from an end-user perspective Project Length Approximately 3–5 hours with the possibility of additional consulting work.
