Cost Estimator Needed for 2,500 sq. ft. Residential Home Renovation

I’m renovating a 2,500 sq. ft. single-family home and need an experienced construction cost estimator to prepare a detailed estimate based on the provided architectural drawings and renovation scope. The project includes a complete kitchen remodel, three bathroom renovations, new flooring throughout, interior painting, electrical upgrades, and HVAC improvements. Your responsibilities will include: * Reviewing PDF plans and renovation documents. * Performing quantity takeoffs for all major materials. * Estimating labor and material costs. * Providing a detailed cost breakdown in Excel. * Highlighting any assumptions or missing information that may affect pricing. Experience with residential construction estimating in the U.S. is preferred. Please include examples of similar renovation estimates you’ve completed.
