We have clients across the world including the USA, which is why this opportunity is present The Role We're looking for an all-round Amazon Account Support Specialist to join our team of Amazon Account Support Specialists, working closely with one another as well as our Account Directors across our client accounts. This is a hands-on, full time role for someone who thrives on process, is comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once, and is very experienced with how Amazon works. This person will take real ownership of the tasks assigned to them, proactively driving support so that both clients and Account Directors are getting what they need before they have to ask. Previously working at Amazon in a team lead role for seller support is preferred and or Amazon Agency experience given the pace and variety of the work. The role will initially focus on one key account, before branching into other USA sellers. Full time | Amazon and Amazon agency experience strongly preferred Key Responsibilities Account & Team Support Play an active role in the support team, ensuring day-to-day account tasks are completed accurately and clients see consistent success. MAP pricing and buy box surveillance. Removing unauthorized sellers. Support troubleshooting, account opening, and brand registry applications. Assist with data collation, reporting, and general administrative tasks. Support with copywriting tasks, ensuring content aligns with client branding and objectives. Ensure regular client reporting and recurring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Assist with image uploads and content updates as needed. Client Support Be the primary point of contact during USA time before the NZ, AU and PHP teams come online. Act as a proactive point of contact for clients and Account Directors, making sure they're receiving the support they need without having to chase it. Help manage communications, align expectations, and keep timelines and outcomes on track. Step in as primary contact for smaller accounts as needed. Operational Ownership Own your assigned tasks end to end, working to timelines and deliverables to keep accounts progressing. Take full accountability for your workload, escalating proactively rather than waiting to be asked. Keep systems, trackers, and documentation up to date and organised. Amazon Knowledge & Best Practice Stay current on Amazon features, policy changes, and fee updates that could affect clients. Ensure all work, including copywriting, listings, and account operations, follows Amazon's latest best practice guidelines rather than outdated approaches, including organic search and keyword optimisation principles for copywriting. Share relevant changes with the wider team as they arise. AI in the Role Use AI tools as part of everyday workflow, where they support efficiency and quality across tasks such as reporting, copywriting, and research. Be open to training on the specific AI tools and workflows we use, and to adopting new ones as they emerge. Ways of Working Respond promptly to meeting invitations and Slack or Monday tags. Attend meetings on camera and with full attention. Flag early if a deadline can't be met, and propose a realistic new date. Keep your calendar accurate and up to date, including any time away from your desk. About You Excellent English both written and spoken. Previous experience at Amazon seller support ideally in a team lead role over 3 years strongly preferred. Or experience in an Amazon agency for 3 or more years, strongly preferred. Genuinely comfortable with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and tasks in a busy agency environment. Process and systems minded, organised, and reliable with follow-through. Clear communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams. A proactive, all-round problem solver who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do. Comfortable using AI tools day to day, and happy to be trained on new AI workflows as part of the role. Employment Type Full time.
