Country Driver Growth Administrator Netherlands Location: Must be located in the Netherlands (Preferred: Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Utrecht) Job Type: Independent Contractor | Long-Term Opportunity | Immediate Start Available About Obi Obi is transforming the rideshare industry by building one of the world's fastest-growing independent driver communities. As we rapidly expand our global Driver Program, we're looking for a highly motivated Driver Growth Administrator to lead driver recruitment and community growth in Netherlands. This is not a traditional administrative or social media role. We're looking for someone who already understands the local rideshare ecosystem and has existing relationships with drivers, fleet owners, taxi operators, and driver communities. Our goal is simple: Rapidly grow Obi's network of active drivers while building long-term partnerships within the local rideshare community. Immediate Start Obi is hiring immediately as we expand into new markets. While we're looking to move quickly, we're committed to hiring the right person. We're seeking someone who can make an immediate impact while helping us build a scalable driver acquisition program for the long term. Your Mission Your primary responsibility is to recruit high-quality rideshare drivers and establish Obi as a trusted partner within your country's driver community. Success in this role is measured by: • Active driver signups • Driver activation • Fleet partnerships • Community relationships • Sustainable recruitment channels Key Responsibilities • Recruit Uber, Bolt, taxi operators, fleet owners, and other local rideshare drivers throughout Netherlands. • Build relationships with fleet owners, taxi operators, transportation organizations, and driver leaders. • Engage existing driver communities through WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups, Discord, and other local channels. • Develop partnerships that generate consistent driver referrals. • Meet with drivers and community leaders when appropriate. • Identify creative, scalable recruitment opportunities beyond traditional advertising. • Support driver onboarding and activation. • Provide weekly progress reports, recruitment metrics, and market insights. • Recommend strategies to continuously improve driver acquisition and retention. We're Looking For This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate already has established relationships within the rideshare industry and understands how to recruit and engage drivers effectively. Preferred Qualifications ✔ Existing relationships with Uber, Bolt, taxi operators, fleet owners, or rideshare community leaders ✔ Experience recruiting drivers, gig workers, or independent contractors ✔ Active participation in WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Discord, or other driver communities ✔ Strong networking, partnership development, and communication skills ✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently ✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment ✔ Fluent in the local language (English proficiency preferred) ✔ Ability to develop and execute a country-specific driver growth strategy Priority will be given to applicants who already have established relationships with rideshare drivers, fleet owners, transportation organizations, or driver community leaders. What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you'll be expected to: • Build relationships with key driver communities. • Establish partnerships with fleet owners and transportation organizations. • Consistently recruit active drivers. • Identify scalable acquisition channels unique to your market. • Become Obi's primary driver growth representative within your country.
