Create Original 3D-Printable STL/STEP Model From Reference Concept

I need an original 3D model designed for FDM 3D printing. I can provide reference images and explain the functional features, dimensions, and changes I want. The finished design should be independently modeled from scratch rather than created by editing or tracing another creator’s STL.
