We're an expanding cat-focused e-commerce brand seeking a talented AI Visual Content Creator to join our team on a full-time basis. Your Key Responsibilities In this position, you'll create AI-enhanced visual content for our paid marketing initiatives across multiple online platforms. Your day-to-day work will include: ✫ Produce AI-generated imagery by following creative concepts, reference materials, and campaign requirements provided by our team. ✫ Transform approved visuals into engaging short-form video ads designed for social media marketing. ✫ Leverage AI solutions to generate avatars, voice narration, animated graphics, backgrounds, and other supporting visual elements as needed. ✫ Fine-tune video projects by enhancing editing, timing, captions, scene transitions, narrative flow, and conversion-focused messaging. ✫ Ensure every asset reflects our brand identity while maintaining consistent quality across all deliverables. ✫ Complete image and video assets for 3–5 assigned concepts daily, balancing originality, efficiency, and attention to detail. ✫ Stay informed about new AI platforms, creative techniques, and production methods to continually improve both workflow and output. ✫ Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and are delivered accurately. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who enjoys AI-driven creative production and has experience developing professional-quality visual content. The right candidate will have: ✫ Practical experience creating AI-generated videos for digital marketing, paid advertising, or social media campaigns. ✫ Strong familiarity with AI tools for image creation, video generation, animation, synthetic voice production, and related creative technologies. ✫ The ability to produce AI-generated visuals that appear realistic, refined, and visually engaging. ✫ Experience creating vertical video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar channels. ✫ A good understanding of UGC-inspired advertising, Meta ad creatives, and effective short-form marketing content. ✫ Solid video editing skills, including pacing, subtitles, transitions, audio enhancement, storytelling, and audience retention. ✫ Excellent visual judgment with a strong sense of composition, branding, and creative consistency. ✫ Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines. ✫ Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
