Creative 360 Reframing Editor. Music driven 2 to 3 min piece (Insta360 X5, no stitching)

About us and this project We are PERGOLA Studios, a video production studio in Munich, Germany, producing documentary style content for industrial companies. This is not a client job. It is our own showcase piece. We want to demonstrate what is possible with this shooting technique so we can offer the same to clients in the future. That means two things for you: the creative leash is long, and the piece will be shown around. Your work will be seen. The footage Shot entirely on an Insta360 X5. Approx. 70 GB, around 90 shots, shot on a boat. Clean, sorted, labelled. Delivered as a cloud download. The shoot was designed around the camera from the start: long continuous moves, walk throughs, fake drone shots on an extended pole, transitions through doorways and between spaces. The material is built to be reframed, not rescued. Already stitched and ready to edit. No stitching work in this job at all, that is handled separately on our side. What we are looking for A 2 to 3 minute music driven piece. Final length depends on what the footage supports. We would rather have a strong 2 minutes than a padded 3. Reframing and keyframing in the sphere. This is the core of the job: camera moves, walk throughs, transitions between spaces, the moves that only 360 makes possible. Cut to music. Roughly 95 percent of the piece is driven by the track. Rhythm and momentum carry the edit. Sound design. We would love effects that support the camera moves, whooshes, impacts, room presence. This is a real plus, not an afterthought. A few short live sound moments. Two or three brief on camera reactions from the people you see, short cheers and exclamations. We will mark these clearly in the material. The spoken language is German, but it is irrelevant here. These are sounds, not dialogue. You do not need to speak German and there is no dialogue editing, voice over or subtitling in this job. Full finishing. Color grade and finish included. We want a delivery ready master, not an offline cut. Music Your call. Bring a track you think fits, or send us two or three options to choose from. We also have our own company music available if you want it, but you are not obliged to use it. If you bring the track, the licence must be cleared for commercial use, worldwide, web and social. Include the cost in your price and pass us the licence documentation. Look and branding No corporate identity to follow. Our CI is not relevant for this piece, so do not worry about brand colours, fonts or lower thirds. The only branding is our logo at the very end, which we supply. The look is yours to design. Reference and creative freedom We will share two reference videos by Brandon Li with shortlisted candidates. They show the energy and camera language we are after. Please do not copy them shot for shot. We want your own ideas within that direction. If your instinct is to replicate a reference, this is not the right job for you. Deliverables 1x 16:9 master, [resolution and codec, e.g. 3840x2160 ProRes 422 plus an H.264 web version] Software Your choice. Premiere Pro with the Insta360 Reframe plugin, Insta360 Studio, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve. The result matters, not the toolchain. Price and revisions The budget figure is a placeholder. Please quote what the job is worth to you, based on the scope described. If your approach justifies more, tell us why. We care more about the right person than the lowest number. Fixed price, including two rounds of revisions. Round one on the rough cut before finishing, round two on the graded version, both based on timecoded notes from us. Anything beyond that, or a change of direction after an approved stage, is billed separately at your hourly rate. Please quote a single fixed price including the music licence, and tell us your turnaround time from receiving the footage. The long game If this goes well, we have regular 360 work coming up for client projects. We are looking for a long term collaborator, not a one off hire.
