Creative Brief GhostWriter - Video Content

We are looking for a creative, research-driven writer to help develop the first and second drafts of creative briefs for video content. In this role, you'll receive specific client requests, prompts, topics, or ideas and help turn them into compelling video concepts written in the client’s voice. You'll research the subject, identify the strongest angle, organize the information, and develop the narrative foundation that will eventually become a finished video. This role involves research, writing, storytelling, and digital media. We're looking for someone who can take a broad or complicated subject and figure out how to make it interesting, understandable, and engaging for an online audience. Discretion and confidentiality are also an important part of this role. Because you will be writing in the voice of our clients and may have access to unpublished ideas, drafts, or other non-public information, we're looking for someone who is comfortable working behind the scenes. Writers should be able to maintain client anonymity, keep assignments and materials confidential, and understand that their involvement in specific projects may not be publicly disclosed or credited. This is a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career writer interested in journalism, communications, advertising, media, marketing, or content creation who wants hands-on experience developing digital content. This initial project will be paid at a flat rate of $150. This first assignment will serve as an opportunity for us to evaluate fit, including writing quality, ability to capture the client’s voice, responsiveness to feedback, research skills, and reliability. Writers who are successful may have the opportunity to receive consistent ongoing work of up to three video projects per week, each amounting to $150. Compensation for future assignments may also increase based on the scope, complexity, research requirements, and overall magnitude of each project. Our goal is to build ongoing relationships with writers who can consistently produce high-quality work, meet deadlines, maintain discretion, and adapt to the needs and voices of different clients.
