Creative Content Creator - US Consumer / Kids & Teen Brand

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Content Creator who can produce both short-form video and static/image advertising assets for social media and paid advertising. We’re an early-stage consumer startup developing a new wearable product for kids and tweens in the US market. We already have the brand direction, visual identity, messaging, positioning, marketing hooks, and creative concepts. What we need now is someone who can take those inputs and actually create the finished marketing assets. Your job would be to turn these inputs into polished, compelling finished assets. Content may include: - Short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Meta ads - Product demonstration videos - Lifestyle/product videos - Static image ads - Social media graphics - Creative variations for testing different hooks and messages - Resizing/adapting assets for different platforms and placements We’re specifically looking for someone with: - Experience creating content for the US consumer market - Proven experience creating consumer product marketing content - Strong experience with social media and paid social creative - Experience creating both video and static/image ads - A strong understanding of what makes content feel native to Instagram, TikTok, and Meta - Excellent visual and creative instincts - The ability to take a brief and independently turn it into finished creative - Kids / Teen Experience This is a production role We are not looking for a marketing strategist, brand strategist, or creative director. If there’s a good fit, we expect this to develop into ongoing creative production, with new ads and social content created and tested over time.
