We are looking for someone who doesn't just follow templates—we want a **creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas, attractive layouts, and innovative design concepts** to our brand. ### What You'll Be Working On You will be responsible for designing a variety of materials, including: * Modern and professional **website designs** * Website landing pages and page layouts * Real estate marketing templates * Property flyers and brochures * Property presentation decks * Offering memorandums / marketing packages * Social media graphics * Email marketing templates * Company presentations and pitch decks * Digital advertisements and promotional materials * Branded templates that our team can reuse * Other creative marketing materials as needed ### What We're Looking For The ideal candidate should have: * Strong **creative and visual design skills** * Experience designing for **real estate, commercial real estate, finance, or professional services** is a major plus * A strong understanding of modern, premium, and professional design * Ability to create **eye-catching and innovative designs** * Excellent sense of typography, spacing, layout, imagery, and branding * Experience with **Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools** * Experience designing websites/UI/UX * Ability to turn rough ideas into polished, professional designs * Ability to create designs that are both **beautiful and functional** * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Willingness to bring your **own creative ideas**, rather than simply waiting for instructions ### The Right Person We're looking for someone who can look at a basic concept and say: "Here's how we can make this much better."
