AI Creative Partner for HeyGen

Join HeyGen as an AI Creative Partner and help us build a new kind of customer experience. We're making software intuitive by allowing users to simply text what they want. Collaborate with AI tools to create engaging content and enhance user interactions. You will work directly with customers, AI tools, and the HeyGen platform to create polished videos quickly, solve problems, and help customers publish content consistently. About the role This is an ongoing, high-intensity video creation and customer-facing role. It is much closer to a full-time operating role than a traditional freelance video project. The workload may exceed 45 hours per week during busy periods, and we need people who can be online and highly responsive for long, consistent blocks of time. Customers will send requests throughout the day, often with a script, idea, link, image, or reference. Your job is to understand what they are trying to achieve and turn it into a polished HeyGen video as quickly as possible. You may be managing several active customer conversations at once. Customers often expect a quick response, an update, or a finished video within the same day. You will also need to handle revisions, technical issues, handoffs, and follow-ups without losing track of the wider workload. This is not a good fit for someone looking for occasional projects, flexible response times, or several days to complete each video. What success looks like This role is about more than making videos. The strongest creative partners: Respond quickly. Customers should not feel like they are waiting hours for an answer. Stay present. During your working hours, we expect you to be online, reachable, and actively monitoring conversations. Take ownership. Do not wait for the customer to define every detail. Help them decide what to create and move the request forward. Work with urgency. Keep several requests moving without sacrificing accuracy or quality. Think one step ahead. Once a video is delivered, suggest what the customer could create next. Solve problems. If a customer is blocked by an avatar, voice, pronunciation, script, or technical issue, help resolve it and guide them back toward creating. Care about the outcome. Delivering the file is not the finish line. We want customers to feel confident enough to download, post, and return for another video. Communicate clearly. Give concise updates, ask useful questions, and avoid letting conversations go quiet. You will do well in this role if you Enjoy working directly with customers. Have a strong eye for social media and marketing content. Can work quickly without needing detailed instructions every time. Are comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility. Can stay organized across many simultaneous conversations. Learn new tools and workflows quickly. Respond well to direct feedback. Are comfortable with a demanding, fast-moving workload. Can commit to long, reliable working blocks and remain responsive throughout them. Are genuinely interested in AI video creation and improving your craft.
