# Creative 3D Product Designer for Premium Home Decor Products We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Product Designer for a long-term collaboration on our premium home decor brand. Our goal is not simply to create attractive 3D models, but to develop aesthetically refined, manufacturable, and commercially successful products. ## Who We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who only follows instructions. We want to work with a designer who has strong design thinking, excellent aesthetic judgment, the ability to contribute creative ideas, and the confidence to solve design challenges when needed. Candidates with knowledge of manufacturing processes and the fundamentals of FDM 3D printing will be given priority. ## Requirements * Advanced experience with Blender or ZBrush * Strong organic modeling and sculpting skills * Ability to create original commercial product designs * Understanding of designing models suitable for 3D printing * Strong sense of aesthetics and product design * Good communication skills * Ability to accept feedback and iterate efficiently * Interest in a long-term collaboration ## Deliverables * Editable source files * STL files optimized for 3D printing * Full commercial rights transferred upon project completion If the collaboration is successful, we plan to continue working together on many future products. ## Confidentiality This project involves the development of new commercial products.
