Creative Project Manager (Freelance) for Branding & Design Studio About us We are a small graphic design studio working on branding, print, websites, exhibitions, books and other creative projects. We work with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large international projects. We're looking for a proactive freelance Creative Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure to creative work and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. This is not a design role. Your focus is on organization, communication and keeping projects moving. Your responsibilities You will help manage my projects by: - Creating and maintaining project timelines - Tracking deadlines and following up on outstanding tasks - Coordinating with clients, printers, developers and other suppliers - Scheduling meetings and documenting action points - Keeping project documentation organized - Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks early - Following up with suppliers regarding delivery times - Helping keep projects within scope and flagging additional work when needed - Organizing files and ensuring everyone is working with the latest versions - Supporting administrative project tasks when necessary - Helping improve workflows and project management processes - What we're looking for - Excellent organizational skills - Strong written and spoken English - Experience managing creative, branding or marketing projects - Comfortable working independently - Detail-oriented and proactive - Able to manage several projects simultaneously - Strong communication skills - Experience with project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com or similar) - Experience working with designers, printers or web developers is a big plus - Nice to have Experience with: - Branding projects - Print production - Website projects - Creative agencies or design studios - About the collaboration Initially we're looking for someone on a freelance basis for approximately 5–10 hours per week, with the possibility of growing into a longer-term collaboration as the studio continues to grow. We're looking for someone who enjoys becoming part of the team, takes ownership of projects, and genuinely helps create more space for the creative work.
