We ship fast, we test constantly, and we care about how every post feels. The role This is a full-time, paid role owning our social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Reddit. You'll own: Daily posting across all platforms scheduled, captioned, hashtagged, on-brand Daily community management replying to every comment and DM, in our voice, fast Pinterest pin design, boards, keyword-driven descriptions, consistent volume Reddit posts and comments that read organic. Real participation in the right subs, not obvious promo that gets removed in ten minutes. You know how Reddit works or you learn fast. AI image creation in Higgsfield visuals for posts, carousels, pins, and covers Content ideas this is the part that matters most (more below) Light reporting: what performed, what flopped, what we try next We provide the videos. You handle everything else. What we're looking for Must-haves: Proven experience managing multiple social accounts for a brand (not just personal pages) Higgsfield experience or strong hands-on skill with AI image tools and the ability to get up to speed fast. Show us images you've made. Genuine platform fluency you know why a TikTok caption isn't an Instagram caption, what a Shorts title needs to do, and why Pinterest is a search engine Reddit instincts. You understand subreddit culture, rules, and tone well enough that your posts land as a person talking, not a brand broadcasting Strong written English, brand voice instincts, and the judgment to reply well to a rude comment Creativity. We'll give you guidance, direction, and instructions but we're hiring you to bring ideas, not to wait for them. Hook angles, trends worth jumping on, formats we haven't tried, a series idea that runs for a month. If you need a task list to start working, this isn't the seat. You'll run one week across all platforms from our brief: posting, Pinterest pins, one Reddit post, images made in Higgsfield, comments and DMs handled plus three original content ideas of your own.
