Creative Strategist / DTC Copywriter — Telehealth Ad Scripts (AI-Assisted Workflow)

About us: Telehealth Media is a performance creative agency that produces direct-response video ad scripts and creative exclusively for telehealth brands. We run on a proprietary AI-assisted scriptwriting process and we're looking for a strong creative strategist to help take that process to the next level. What you'll do: - Take AI-drafted ad scripts (generated through our internal creative system) and rewrite, tighten, and polish them into final, sellable scripts - Work closely with us to continuously refine and improve our AI-assisted scriptwriting process based on real results - Research the brands and products we're writing for, along with their competitors, to inform stronger creative angles - Weigh in on final creative decisions across ad ideas and scripts, not just execute what's handed to you What we're looking for: - Extensive, provable experience writing direct-response copy for DTC brands (please include samples) - A strong sense of what actually makes a video ad hook and script convert, not just "good writing" - Comfortable working inside an AI-assisted workflow, this role is about elevating AI output, not being replaced by it Nice to have: - Experience writing for telehealth, healthcare, or other regulated DTC verticals - Experience specifically with Meta ad creative - Familiarity using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as part of a professional writing process
