Creative Strategist - 8 Figure DTC Brand (Meta Ads) - Path to Creative Lead

We're an 8 figure DTC brand hiring a copywriter who wants more than a freelance gig. This role starts as a creative strategist position. But we're building toward something bigger. The person who wins this seat and proves themselves will have the opportunity to grow into Creative Lead of our marketing team - managing a full team of editors and creative strategists as we scale. If you've been grinding out winning ads for clients who treat you like another copywriter, this is your chance to own the creative engine of a brand and build a team under you. We're looking for experience in: Native story ads (long-form, story-driven copy) Direct response video scripts (VSLs, AI voiceovers, etc) The growth path: Start as our creative strategist - write winning ads, learn our brands and offers Prove your creative consistently drives spend at target ROAS Step into Creative Lead - build and manage the team, own creative strategy across the account We promote from performance, not tenure. Show us you can produce winners and the leadership seat is yours to earn. Do not apply if you're an agency or have other clients. This is a committed, long-term seat for one person. In your proposal include: Your winning ad copy The ad spend and ROAS behind creatives you produced Applications without your previous winning ads plus their spend and ROAS will not be considered. Role will be base + % of lifetime adspend for all your winners.
