Creative Strategist AI Image & Video Ads for Supplement/DTC Brands

We're a DTC/ecom operation running Meta ads for supplement and consumer brands. We need a creative strategist who can go from angle to finished asset, not just hand over a doc. What you'll do: Research the market (reviews, competitor ad libraries, customer language) and turn it into ad angles that actually convert Produce static ad images and video ads using the latest generative models Write hooks and primary text that reads like a person, not a template Iterate off performance data, kill losers, scale winners What we're looking for: Hands-on with current image and video models (GPT Image, Nano Banana, Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway, etc.) — you should know which model to reach for and why A portfolio of ads you've actually made, with links or files we can look at Real experience writing and building Facebook ads that have spent money and produced results Supplement or health/wellness brand experience is a strong plus (you know the compliance lines) Understand DTC ecom: awareness levels, offers, presell pages, what a cold-traffic ad needs to do To apply, send: 3-5 examples of ad creative you made (images and video), and say what the angle was What models/tools you use and for what Which supplement or health brands you've worked on, if any Must show examples of your previous work.
