Creative Strategist – Meta Ads & Direct Response | Supplement Ecommerce Brand | Performance-Based Ongoing | Remote | Upwork --- ABOUT US --- We run a growing supplement ecommerce brand in the European market — direct response funnels, native ads, and subscription models. We're expanding and looking for a creative strategist to join us on a performance-based contract through Upwork. This is a long-term collaboration for someone who wants to grow with a real operation. --- WHAT YOU'LL DO --- - Develop ad angles and hooks for Meta campaigns — long-form native style - Write direct response copy — advertorials, ad scripts, product page copy - Test multiple creative angles per week and iterate based on data - Research competitors and winning creatives in the health and supplement space - Collaborate with our media buyer to align creative with campaign strategy - Track and report on creative performance — CTR, CVR, ROAS per angle --- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR --- ✔ Direct response experience — you understand hooks, pain points, and offer structure ✔ Native ad copywriting — you've written long-form ads that convert cold traffic ✔ Health or nutra background — familiar with writing compliantly in the supplement space ✔ Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on numbers, not opinions ✔ Reliable and communicative — you deliver on time and flag issues early ✔ Strong written English --- NICE TO HAVE --- ★ Experience at a DR agency or working with a performance marketing team ★ Background in ecommerce or dropshipping — even your own projects ★ Familiarity with Origins, Evolve, or similar DR-focused organisations ★ AI tools in your workflow — ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for speed --- COMPENSATION --- This is a performance-based contract paid through Upwork milestones. Your earnings scale with the results you deliver — the better the creatives perform, the higher your milestone payments.
