Long-Term Short Form Video Editor for Women's Personal Brand (Instagram & TikTok) We're building a new personal brand focused on helping women build confidence and completely transform mentally and physically. We're looking for a creative video editor who understands modern Instagram Reels and TikTok content - not just someone who can cut clips together. This is a long-term opportunity. We'll start with 7–10 videos per week and plan to double that volume over the next 90 days as the brand grows. Responsibilities: - Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok - Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, B-roll, and transitions - Create fast-paced edits that maximize watch time and engagement - Deliver edits within 24–48 hours - Be open to feedback and continuously improve Ideal Candidate: - Has experience editing viral or high-performing short-form content - Understands pacing, hooks, retention, and storytelling - Is reliable and communicates well - Can match different editing styles depending on the content - Wants a long-term client relationship Compensation: - $5 USD per completed reel - 7–10 reels per week to start - Weekly performance bonuses based on total weekly views - As the brand grows, we'll transition the right editor to a monthly retainer with additional performance bonuses.
