# Creative Video Producer & Editor – Promotional Videos & Reels We are looking for a highly creative, professional, and reliable Video Producer & Editor for a long-term collaboration on a project-by-project basis. We need someone who can take a brief, key messages, branding, images, and available assets and creatively develop them into polished, engaging, high-quality promotional videos and short-form reels — from concept through to final production. We are not simply looking for someone to edit or assemble footage. Creativity is extremely important. We want someone who can contribute ideas, develop the visual direction and storytelling, select appropriate footage and assets, and turn a brief into a compelling finished video. ## What We're Looking For * Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and creative judgment * Ability to create a complete video from a brief or concept * Professional video production and editing * Experience creating promotional videos and short-form reels * Ability to source and select high-quality stock footage and visual assets when needed * Strong skills in motion graphics, typography, transitions, music, pacing, and visual presentation * Experience incorporating and synchronizing subtitles and voiceovers * Experience producing localized versions of videos with different subtitles and voiceovers * Strong understanding of branding and professional presentation * Excellent communication and responsiveness * Proven ability to deliver work on time * Ability to accommodate urgent projects and short turnaround times when required ## Portfolio Required Please send links to your best video work that you personally created or produced. We particularly want to see examples of: * Creative promotional videos * Professional/corporate videos * Short-form reels * Videos using motion graphics * Videos incorporating subtitles or voiceovers We will evaluate candidates heavily on the creativity and quality of their previous work, so please send your strongest and most relevant examples. Applications without relevant video samples will not be considered. Engagement & Budget This is a long-term collaboration on a project-by-project basis, rather than a full-time position. Individual assignments will generally be agreed at a fixed project price before work begins, based on the scope, complexity, deliverables, and required turnaround time. Budget equivalent: up to US$20-25/hour, depending on experience, quality, and capabilities. Some assignments may be urgent, so reliability and commitment to agreed deadlines are essential. We are looking for someone we can work with consistently over the long term who combines creativity, high production standards, responsiveness, and dependable on-time delivery.
