Seeking a Creative Wedding Branding, Website & Print Design Partner We are looking for an experienced creative designer or design studio to develop a fully bespoke wedding brand, beginning with a Save the Date website and evolving into a complete wedding experience across digital and print. About the Wedding This is a multicultural wedding in the United States, thoughtfully blending Indian and American traditions. We are looking for a design partner who can create a sophisticated visual identity that respectfully weaves together elements from both cultures in a contemporary, elegant, and timeless way. The design should feel intentional, cohesive, modern and unique—celebrating both backgrounds without relying on clichés or overly traditional motifs. Project Scope Custom Wedding Website * A unique, custom-designed website (not template-based) * Initial Save the Date landing page * Expansion into a full wedding website with: * Event information * Travel and accommodation details * Schedule of events * RSVP functionality * Guest information collection * Dietary requirements and special requests * Interactive and mobile-friendly design Wedding Brand Identity * Develop a refined, timeless, and highly detailed visual identity * Custom logo or monogram * Colour palette * Typography * Bespoke illustrations, motifs, patterns, or other signature design elements * Consistent branding across every guest touchpoint The branding should seamlessly blend Indian and American influences while maintaining a luxurious, modern aesthetic suitable for a destination-style celebration in the United States. Print & Event Collateral Design a coordinated suite including, but not limited to: * Save the Date cards * Invitations and invitation suites * Welcome signage * Menus * Place cards * Seating charts * Table numbers * Programs * Gift tags * Thank-you cards * Event flyers or inserts * Additional stationery as required Specialty Printing & Production We are looking for a designer who enjoys pushing creative boundaries with print production and materials. Experience with premium and unconventional printing techniques is highly desirable, including: * Printing on fabric (linen, silk, cotton, velvet, ribbons, napkins, etc.) * Handmade, textured, deckle-edge, cotton, or artisanal papers * Acrylic, wood, metal, vellum, and other specialty materials * Letterpress, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, die-cutting, laser cutting, white ink, and other premium finishes * Creative packaging and presentation concepts for invitations and wedding stationery The selected designer should be comfortable collaborating directly with specialist printers and production partners to achieve exceptional quality. Printing Partner (Can be local and shipped to US) Experience working with premium printers is preferred. We welcome designers who already have trusted relationships with local printing partners and can oversee production, quality control, and delivery. The ability to coordinate internationally for a U.S.-based wedding is a plus.
